Viewing shifts which need to be processed

From the system admin console, if you have the ability to approve shifts on behalf of HR, you will be able to access the HR approvals page.

This page allows you to view the hours worked by each individual in any given week, and compare this with the amount of hours they are restricted to. By default it is sorted by Payroll number to ensure all shifts by an individual are stored together. The status column is a handy guide to whether everything is in order.

Shifts have to be actively selected on this screen to be processed.

Choosing a time period

By default, this page only shows shifts before the end of the last week which have not been approved, for example if it is 6 Feb, you will see all shifts before 31 Jan. However there is no start date selection, therefore it will show all unapproved shifts before that date, even if they were a few months previous but not yet processed.
