User Access Levels

There are different types of user levels:

  1. Super Admins - have access to all elements of the system
  2. Administrators - have access to most aspects of the system but not to user management or security features such as access logs
  3. Staff - have access to their own team’s events and those workers who have worked on their team’s events
  4. Students - have access to sign in and out of events and to fill in prospective worker details
  5. Public - have access to sign in and out screen when a link is provided by an administrator

Forgotten passwords

If a user has forgotten their password, a Super Admin can click “reset password” under the user record; this will email the user a link to reset their password

Disabling accounts

To revoke access to the system, a Super Admin can click “disable password” under the user record. To permanently remove someone from the system, a Super Admin can click “delete user” under the user record.

Permissions

Elements of this system require specific permissions to be granted. These include a HR pages, Payroll pages and the ability to bulk email users and workers. These permissions can be managed from an individual user page.
