Allocating workers
Once an event has closed for advert, please log in and allocate the roles. At this time, a green button with a check mark will appear, which will allow you to allocate this job. Select the workers you would like to allocate using the check boxes on the left. After confirming the briefing information, the role will be allocated and workers informed. You will also receive a summary of allocated workers.
Who should you allocate?
Allocations should be done fairly. For most jobs it is appropriate to just take those who applied first. For full details on the allocation policy, please speak to your scheme leads.
Managing cancellations
If an event is more than 48 hours away, workers may cancel their shift online. If this occurs, another available worker will automatically be allocated to this shift. If there is no worker available, event leads will be informed. If there is less than 48 hours remaining, workers are able to email the event lead, who should copy the job and re-advertise at short notice, before re-allocating.
Up until this time, you may also cancel a worker using the button available on each job allocation screen.
