Managing Budget Holders
Budget holders are regular users on the Student Worker System. As such, all budget holders must be listed as users. Simply mark users as budget holders to allow them to approve events.
Make a user a budget holder.
Super Admins have the ability manage budget holders. Navigate to the System Admin Console and click Budget Holders.

Add User
- Press the plus button next to the user who you want to make a budget holder.
- Thats it! They will now show up in the list of Budget Approvers.
Removing a user as a budget holder.
Simply click the -
next to their name. This will not remove all previous approvals, and any events with them listed as budget approver will still be assigned to them, but can be changed if needed.
