Editing workers

Click the student you want to edit to expand the information.

Click on Edit and a new window will open with the student details which can be edited.

Visas

Any worker under a Tier 4 visa must have their visa expiry date entered on this screen. If the date is there, simply overtype to amend. If the box is greyed out, check the box and enter a date.

Worker status

Users cannot change the status of a worker (i.e. Active). If a worker is removed from all their schemes, they will be archived. A worker will become a prospect again if they have a contract end date in the future, and they are added back in to a scheme. To move this worker back to active, the Worker Reactivation workflow needs to be completed.

A note on this process…

Please make sure you change the contract end date and press Update Worker before adding them to a scheme, as they will not be triggered to be a prospect again unless this happens.

Worker groups

At the bottom there is a section to show the groups a worker is part of, and the groups to which they can be added.

Hovering over a group will show its description. Clicking on any of the groups listed under Current Groups will remove the group from the students profile. To add a group use the tabs under Add Groups (Other, Accommodation, Study Level, Scheme, Year of Course, Right to Work Status, Ambassador Groups) to find the group and click on it to add it to the student’s profile. It will then appear under Current Groups.

Removing workers from schemes

To remove a worker click on the student and then Edit to open the window with their information on. Under groups you can click to remove them from the scheme they are on. Then click update worker. This will take them off the scheme.

Resetting Passwords

You can send a link so the student can reset the password for their profile by going on to the edit worker screen and hitting ‘Reset Password
